The pool provides a relaxing atmosphere, but the communication with staff was frustrating due to limited English skills.

Raving about the poolside vibe made my day! The spacious Beautiful Double room had a killer view of the river and palace. Oh, and that Colombian coffee? Pure magic!
While the dining options were a bit limited and I missed a five-star touch nearby, hopping a ferry across the river for more eats was smooth sailing!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast buffet had really good varieties of food from different parts of the world. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a big gym, rooftop terrace with good drinks, and a huge pool with very warm water. Lastly, the location was great for me, as it was located between the two riverfronts which allowed me to enjoy running along the river side. The hotel also provides a complimentary mini-van shuttle that is very helpful to go to the key areas of attraction.
Nothing all good.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel with some outstanding advantages. the complementary breakfast and free parking were a lovely touch. the hotel had a great location near some amazing attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. we loved the breathtaking views from our room's balcony. Even though we had an issue checking in, our overall experience at the hotel was wonderful.
the gym was quite outdated and not well-maintained.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate retreat because of their extensive experience in handling conferences. The facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool. The staff provided a truly authentic Khmer experience, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a fully equipped work area for any last-minute printing or document preparation needs.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was great! I loved the spacious room with the comfortable and huge bed, and the amazing view of the river. The bathroom was also huge and had a nice design. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. The location was very convenient, as there were many restaurants and attractions nearby.
There were a few things that I didn't like during my stay. it took about an hour to get there from the airport, and it was hard to get from one side of the bridge to the other, especially if you didn't want to take a boat.

We had an amazing experience at Sokha Hotel. The room was spacious, with a big comfy bed and a amazing view of the river. The bathroom was luxurious, with a free-standing bath and a waterfall-style shower. To top it off, it was my boyfriend's birthday and the hotel staff surprised us with a cake and a heartfelt rendition of happy birthday. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles.

The room was huge with a fantastic river view, and the bathroom was amazing. They even surprised my boyfriend with a birthday cake. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Mickey Mouse waffles.
Oh, just a little too far from everything, but who needs convenience anyway?

The hotel's decoration was exquisite, with elegant and comfortable furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, allowing for easy navigation and relaxation. The hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for convenience.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of the needs of older guests.
